New 130W Reci Tube and Power supply maxing at 9ma

So my old import tube was losing power, so I decided to spend the cash and just buy a 130W tube and supply from Light Object. Got the Tube and power supply installed and fired it.. with 5v on the in pin it maxes out at 9ma.... I tried the current limiting pot and it has no effect.
Checked all the connections with a ohm meter and there is a good connection.

Any ideas?

Most likely you're using AC220V PSU on AC110V oitlet
Double check it

Which power supply did you purchase? It came with power pot? I didn't know it

Nope the psu says the input voltage it is receiving and it says 237Vac..

Then, did you ground the TL or applying +5V to TH?

the 5v line is tied to TH, the laser if firing, it is just doing so at a super low amperage. I have added a pic of the tube and the readout of the psu..
