Just received my AWC608 today.
I need the firmware and manual ASAP. I would like to hook the controller up tonight.
You can email them to me at the email address on my order number or the email address I registered here at the forums with, they are both the same.

My order number is : #202112
Date order placed: 7/15/2014

Does anyone know how to tell if I received the AWC608"B" instead of the older AWC608? Mine doesn't say "B" anywhere on it and obviously there was no documentation included(not even a packing list).

Also, who do I email for technical support and questions about my order I received? The box that arrived was damaged and the AWC608 has some scratches on it(hoping it still works). I took photos of everything and can send them. Also have other issues with my order that I am not happy about. Please let me know who to email to get this resolved as soon as possible.

It is all "B" regardless, no other AWC608 available except for the color AWC608C which I will get some when I come back from China
