Laser Tube to First Mirror Space

I'm about ready to order my laser tube for my build (a modified laser 2.x). My space between the first mirror and the end of the frame is 1040 mm. How much space do I need to leave between the end of the tube and mirror? I'd like to put a 45W tube in which is 1000mm long. (I could add a bump if I needed too).

hi there
you need at least 1.5 inch space between the tube and the first mirror. for a longer tube you need to cut a 4 inch square in the housing to extend it
