Marco,
Unless the new controller fails, I'm not in a hurry to get the repaired one back. I'd like to take you up on your offer to carry the controller with you to China. Thank you for helping me.
If it's okay with you, I'd like to send the controller package to you now. Then neither of us has to remember when it comes time for your trip. Thanks again.

Marco,
As per your previous post, what is the procedure for sending the defective controller package to you, so you can take it with you to China for repair?

Glenn:
I'm planning to leave on May 15. So, if you can send it to me on May 10 or after and I can test it before I go. That way I can run some test on it but I don't want to keep your card so long in my shop. I don't want to mixed it with other card or lost your card.

Re: weird engraving problem
Hi Marco,
I do not need to send you my old control unit to take back to China, because I have found that it’s OK. Here’s what I found:
I thought the control unit was bad because I couldn’t change the Engrave Acc to anything but 1,000. In my desperation to find why I was having engraving problems, I changed all settings I could to see what effect they had. In the Manufacturer Parameters I had changed both the x and y MaxAcc to 1,000. In the User Parameters, the Engrave Acc cannot be set to anything above the Manufacturer Parameters settings. That is why when I tried to change the Engrave Acc to 10,000 it would always change back to 1,000.
I hope this will be of help to someone else.
