Hey everyone.. So I am pumping water through a RECI 100W laser tube to test the flow etc. and I noticed tiny bubbles that accumulate around the outside of the cooling jacket. Also after running for a few minutes I noticed a lone bubble slowly making it's way to the outlet. I was curious in the tiny bubbles or the occasional lone bubble making it's way down the tube will cause havoc to the tube. I haven't adjusted the incline as Marco has noted, but I do have the outlet of the tube pointing upward. Any info would be appreciated. I have attached a couple of pictures for reference.
Thanks.
Chris

Re: Laser tube bubbles
Hi chris
this tiny bubbles are always there if you start fresh and you have to wait till they are gone the big one is a problem it needs to be out no bubbles at all in a tube or you will destroy your tube . there where bubbles are the inner tube chamber will not be cooled.
greetings

Re: Laser tube bubbles
Thanks Waltfl... So the small pin head size bubbles that accumulate around the laser will eventually go away if I let it run for awhile. So I should not run the while they are there or is it okay too?? The big one I figured was probably a problem. I'll keep an eye out for those.
Thanks again..
