I have recently purchased a 130x90 machine from Jinan Senfeng, with a 100W tube. The interesting tidbit is that it's equipped with a CCD camera which can use visual markers to precisely position cuts. In order to do that it comes with a PowerCut controller and matching software produced by a company called SZZY-CNC. Everything works as expected aside from engraving. What happens is that the laser seems to fire too late and the problem gets worse the faster I try to engrave (see attached pic).
As for it being a controller or settings error, I've checked and rechecked everything a dozen times, and it all seems correct. The output when doing normal cutting is very sharp and precise. This only happens when trying to engrave. I am starting to think this may be a PSU problem. Should I be replacing mine? I don't know what kind of PSU I have since there are no markings or labels on it. (I have attached pics of the electronics for clarity) I don't know what other component could cause this kind of behaviour.
If that indeed is a PSU issue, what PSU should I order? The 80-100W or the 120-150W?
(I was looking to replace the controller, but at this point I don't believe that would solve my problem + I don't really know if the AWC608 from LO supports CCD cameras, as I would really like to stick to that option.)
I am also thinking of getting a beam expander and some high quality lens, since I read all around that these are really an improvement. (Is the beam expander really that good?)

and the main settings window. I see nothing here that could influence my problem except maybe the laser compensation and compensation step for which I have absolutely no clue what they do.
I've tried talking with the manufacturer a dozen times, but the english seems to be an impenetrable barrier. They are extremely polite, and extremely unhelpful at the same time.
So to sum things up:
1. Is this a PSU issue?
2. Are the high quality lenses and beam expander worth buying?
3. Which PSU to buy for a 100W laser if that really is the problem?
Any help is really appreciated, thanks!
(And sorry for the long post
