Can someone direct me to a link to update the software? I currently have version 6.0.08 and am not even sure what the newest version is. Can someone check out the screenshot I have attached and tell me if this is how I update it? Thanks

I don't think this is the software or DSP card we sold to you. Obliviously the software was designed for different DSP card from other brand

I bought everything used. The software is LaserCad with the exact same specs as the description in your controller listing. The hardware is identical as well. Same brands as well. Can you help me? It is clearly the same hardware, but like I said, it is an old version of the lasercad. Maybe this is why it looks different?

It is not our card and it is not our software. I have version V5.0.X all the way to the current version, I'm sure that the software is not coming with our DSP card. You must confused with other DSP card. It is not going to work on your DSP controller even though you installed it. You got to ask the guy you bought from to get the software.
