Remember that once you change the setting on the Manufacturer Parameters, you need to press "Reset" on the LCD panel to refresh the change. Otherwise, it made no change. I'm pretty sure the problem was caused by the 'edge type'. Tried again and press reset for each change

Ok will do. I did notice one thing that you had mentioned before. My X and Y axis is set to .63A. I believe you said onthe K40 the X should be .42A and the y should be .63A. Should i change those even though my settings seem to be working fine?

For now, don't worry the 0.4A or 0.63A. Some K40 comes with 0.4A X motor but other may come with a 0.63A motor. The Y motor should be 0.9A. You can set X to 6.3A for now as long as the motor doesn't get very hot. For stepping motor over 80'C is no good as it will get demagnetizing.

Ok I got it! I switched the x motor to .4A, the y to .8A, and redid the calibration setting for um. Then I set it to falling edge and did a reset. Now everything lines up perfect! Thanks Marco.
