2 questions about 2012 DSP controller

I'm new to this forum, so forgive me if these questions have been answered before (I did not find answers).

1. Do the mating connectors come with the 2012 DSP Controller?
2. I read Tim Wehr's Setup guide, which is already more than 2 years old. It looks like I need to also buy CorelDraw 4X to complete the DSP controller installation/setup. Is the Home/Student edition adequate for that or do I need a bigger better version of CorelDraw?

yes the matching connectors come with the DSP, a newer setup manual comes from marco after you purchase the DSP and yes the X4 home students works fine.

As far as I can tell I just got a link to the (out of date versions) on this forum?

what version did you get???the manual is still the same in the major parts because the latest version deal with some bugs and higher performance. the programm should be ether 6.27 or 6.29

So PHCAD is LaserCAD? V. 4.47?

I got the latest one...the one that the software page says "This connection diagram doesn't work with."

completly wrong the phcad is for the very old DSP now known as thunderlaser.
you have to send marco from light o0bject a email then he send you the right software and manual if you have ordered from him
you need to include your order nr in the email.
the phcad does not work with DSps from marco
