Water protect switch

Post by tech_builder »

Hi,

I am looking for an inline water flow switch to send a signal to the DSP card if there is no water flowing. Came across this on the light object website:

http://www.lightobject.com/Water-flow-O ... -P680.aspx
part number: EWP-SNR104

Will this connect to the DSP to let it know there is no flow? ie. is there an input to the DSP that will be able to use the output from this switch to control the laser?

Thanks

Hi,

Yes, we use that flow switch for all our builds and it works pretty well, I've had no issues with it so far, and yes, the DSP has an input for that, it is labeled PROTECT.

Cheers,

Awesome! Thanks for the info, I ordered it yesterday anyways with the intention of making it work somehow, even if the DSP didn't have a means of using it directly.
