To bberzinskas:

I can't fix the PSU you returned because the PCB route was so tiny and broken. I'll send you a brand new PSU instead.
BTW, I found a problem that you may want to pay a little attention. It looks to me that you have bad exhaust system in your machine. The reason I said that because the silicon tube was all the way 'smoked' and smell 'good' :lol:

Received and installed, Marco. Thanks for that! While I was waiting, I built a wall over my tube and moved the PSU to the other side of the machine. the PSU fan now blows air towards the exhaust fan, and very little smoke gets near the electronics now.

everything seems to check out! The radiator seems to be holding the temp (at the fins) at a constant 19.5-20C, so the tube seems happy as can be! Limited power in the AWC608 to ~80% so it maxes out at like 16ma.
