RECI "S" series laster tube. New Design*

Post by Tech_Marco »

For those who may be interested in RECI laser tube (still after they divided), here is the new look of the new "S" series laser tube.
Note that they eliminate the screws that used to be found on both end of t he tube. Plus, the delivery time is 25~30 days.

Hi Marco,
presumably the screws on the preceding models were to align internal optics, so is the new tube more precisely built to eliminate post manufacture adjustment?
Will this result in a cheaper product with greater performance?
In what way did the company split and why?

Henry, you are right about the screws. From what I heard, there were 2 or more owner and have some sort of disagreement and decided to split. It shut down the production for 2 months.

Many manufacturer don't like to use Recipient nowadayshould due to the stability issue. My machine supplies told me that in one case where 4 out of 10 tubes were returned due to stability issue. I lost 150W and two 130W tubes. It was brand new but pass the warranty period and I have to eat up the cost!

It is true that the laser spot from Recipient seems good but their price is about double. And more tube manufacturer are making good tubes nowadays so I won't bet too much on Reci.

I am carrying SP and will carry another brand soon.
