RECI separted. Supplying is affecting manufactures in China

Just received a news that Reci is separated into two companies after years of partnership. So far, they stop supplying tubes to laser manufacturers for about a month and shortage of Reci tube is everywhere. We just have a ocean shipment two weeks ago so it won't affect us too much. But I was thinking to get some Z6 (130W) tubes and because of this issue, I decided to postpone it as the future of Reci is unknown and quality may be in doubt.

Is warranty going to be effected for tubes we have just bought?

Of course not! Unless Reci closed the business, otherwise they have to honor the warranty unless they don't want to stay in business.
BTW, I am not going to carry the Z8 (150W) laser tube from Reci. It seems to me that they have quality control issue on Z8. Plus, many manufacturers are complaining for the stability and the life span issue. Until they have that issue rectified, I'll stop importing Z8 from now. I am gong to posthone my order of Z6 (130W) until the separation issue is clearly sorted out
