Good day-
I am using a AWC708C LITE controller with a "High Precision Rotary part number ECNC-RTY9001", which is a fixture type rotary.
I would like to get some feedback regarding the specific steps necessary to setup the system controls for insuring that the design scale in my Raycam V19 software matches the output for the rotary. I've tried to work with the several different explanations provided but none can be verified to use as a standard rule. My concern is the settings for the pulse count in the system setting for the manufacturer's parameters do not provide an accurate scale for the design that I am trying to engrave.
If anyone has a sound explanation of how the setup should be done, I would welcome a response.
Regards,
Roger Moreau

Re: Rotary device parameters for scaling design
To "calibrate": Put a 50*3.14mm vertical line Raycam. Set the diameter to 50mm in controller. Then trial&error find the pulse count number that rotate 360degree.
For later use, just need to change the diameter.
