I installed one of these and I cannot get it to function.

Wiring schematic colors do not match.

Four wires coming off of it.

LEFT TO RIGHT

Blue, Green, Black and Red.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What goes where?

On mine it is hooked up like this...

Red = +5VDC from the AWC608
Black = GND from the AWC608
Green = to your laser driver (check your schematic because I can't see the wire landing)
Blue = to your laser tube head, i.e. where the laser comes out

For safety, use an isolated 5V power module which is included from the kit. It is not very safe to get 5V from the DSP because any high voltage feedback jammed from the laser power supply, it could damage the DSP controller. Play safe.
