We are upgrading the computer that will use LaserCAD with the AWC608 controller. I installed LaserCAD and the driver. When I plugged in the controller into the USB, I get FT245R USB FIFO No Driver found. Where can I get the driver to install?
Thank you for your assistance.
My version of LaserCAD is V7.43.

Re: AWC608 for CO laser driver install failure
Thanks for the reply, Marco. But between the 5 or 6 posts of the refered forum page, I wasn't sure what you were trying to communicate. Is the driver for the AWC608 controller part of the LaserCAD install package? Did one of the other messages chains within the link have the info I need?
Please, clarify. Thank you.

Yes, the driver is included in the LaserCad setup. When LaserCad finished installation, it will ask you if you want to install driver.
You may also want to upgrade the OS (firmware) for the DSP card as well in addition to the download of the new LaserCad.
Check your firmware version by using the LCD control unit. Press 'Menu' and scroll down to the last row: version

At this point, LaserCAD is installed, but when I connect the DSP by usb the PC does not know what driver to associate with the device.
