K40 Upgrade
My up grade is finished. installed the 708 DSP system put in a 100mm tube and added 3 outlets to the back and suppied them through SSr relays. Lights fans and SSR's are controled by the push buttom panel switches.

Re: K40 Upgrade
I am looking at your extension adapter for the laser tube and I really like it.
Can you describe how you made it ?
Is it made of PVC pipe and flanges ? Or did you 3D print it ?
Thanks
Larry

It is 4 inch PVC schedule 40. I used 2 pieces so the joint came out ans yes I used a 3d printer for the hinges, mounting flange and end cap.

I measured the center line of the mirror and transfered those to the outside. then used a dremel to cut it out and clean it up. the OD of the PVC comes within a 1/4 inch of the back of the machine.
