I just found a supplier who can supply the following three size X,Y bed for making CO2 laser.

4060: 400mm x 600mm
3060: 300mmx 600mm
3020: 300mm x 200mm

All these beds are coming with two 42 series stepping motor installed. Manufacturer is claiming that it is capable to run as fast as 600mm/s. Well, I want to be more conservative so I'll say 400mm/s, it is similiar to those D40K machine even though the guy said that it's better than D40K

Anyway, I ordered 2 of each and I should have those in about 2 weeks for testing. If anyone (early bird) want one now, let me know and I can order it for you. Cut-off time is Tuesday

What are the prices?

For now, the estimed price for assembled unit is $325, $305, and $245. I'm thinking to get these in DIY kit and assembly is required. But lower price is expected as shipping cost less. However, I haven't received the assembled unit for review yet so I don't know how complicated the unit is or whether is DIY feasible or not. If it does, the un-assemble unit should be running about $295, $275, and $215 or $30 less.

For early bird, price of assembled price is $285, $265, and $205 + S/H

After a long negotiation with the manufactuer, here is a new price list for the X-Y table:

4060: 400mm x 600mm
$295 (assembled)
$275 Kit

3060: 300mmx 600mm
$289 (assembled)
$269 Kit

3020: 300mm x 200mm
$205 (assembled)
$185 Kit

I should have about 12 sets sample by 8/22, 9x assembled and 3x kit

Update:

12 set X-Y table is coming, currently on DHL carrier. Can't wait to receive it for testing. It's been delayed for 4 days as a bomb was found in the DHL sorting center in HK and all shipment need to run through diagnostic check, open box. I hope that the process didn't cause any damage on those racks.
