Hi, we purchased the waterproof J-type thermocouple from this website, and can't find a spec sheet anywhere for it. We need to attach it to an OpAmp and A/D converter so that we can use it for feedback on a program using a Microchip PIC microcontroller. Since the thermocouple has no discernible branding on it, and came with no information, we are kind of stuck. Help???

Not sure what you'd need to know in addition to the type J designation. All type J thermocouples will have essentially the same electrical/temperature characteristics. Try Googling Type J thermocouple for basic info on I/V vs Temp.
