loss of power

hi, after upgrade to lo x7 i feel that may laser has loos power, i ve been tested the original ammeter and the maximum amp that it reads its 13, thats the max point, before the upgrade i can go up to 30amp, the digital one reach a 12 max,,, with 100% power, any advise?
