laser not homing

hi guys, i just made the decision to made the upgrade to my k40, the problem that I have is that my machine is not homing properly, when i turn it on, the laser head does not go to home, it just move a little, never gets to the limit switches, by the way the limit switches some time works and other not.
the px0 and pxy is opposite form the page zero and machine zero, i set it up to left up and the 0,0 is in the right down.
