900x600 Frame Nuts

My wife is putting the 900x600 frame kit together and almost got this put together yesterday but she missed a few brackets. Is their any easy way to get a nut in the channel without taking a bunch of it apart? Its this item:

I don't know this frame but if you are referring to t-nuts: most of the t-nuts can be flipped in sideways.
If you use this type, you can place them without taking everything apart.

unfortunately they look like squares.

FYI if you want a drop in nut for these frames, you can use this 5mm t-nut

That's what you need, indeed..
The ones with the springloaded ball will stay in place more easy when you positioned them.. easy when you have to assemble non-horizontal parts.
