First test after extreme Mods and DSP upgrade - VIDEO!

Took me about a month to complete the conversion. Everything ripped out down to bare chassis... And then...
►Snoot cut out
►Rear of chassis cut out to accept four 120v blower fans,
►Taller legs mounted
►Electronic main control panel re-envisioned, fabricated and mounted
►Rear access panel cut out, and fabricated to include switched outlets, air input nipple, relocated ground, added 10Amp breaker to replace fuse
►All mounting hardware utilizing rivnuts instead of nuts on back of bolts and stainless steel machine screws
►120V bus bar installed and wired
►All new DSP components mounted, DSP Controller sits on standoffs above 24V PSU
►Air solenoid installed and switched at main control panel to turn air assist on and off, custom fabricated bracket
►Shielded silicone cable to air assist head
►Raised Tube platform and XY stage assembly 1/2"
►LED light bar fabricated and switched at main control panel, installed in craoss bar recess above XY stage, used 12V DC-DC converter from 24VPSU to 12V for LED supply
►Custom brackets and circuit board created to attach all 4 micro limit switches mounted on the X stage
►Custom Wiring harnesses built and plug into into X Stage header board
►Laser aligned and new lens installed.
►USB Extension fabricated to custom terminal and mounted for easy plug in of long USB cable
►Cable management is old school with honest-to-god cable lacing
►Fold down handles on both doors and on sides of machine for easy handling
Left to do:
►Fabricate box to vent fans to outside
►Fabricate manual Z-table
