Erratic movement

When running a file (engrave then cut), +/-Y is excellent, +x is excellent, -x is near non-existent. When I move in -x with control panel, it moves fine.
I replaced the motor and driver, same result. I'm currently running v6.7? soft/firmware.

I don't think it is firmware or software issue.
It seems that either the motor got lose wire "DIR- or DIR+"
Or, it could be a bad motor driver. Double check the connection of "direction"

Marco,
I replaced both the motor and driver and verified the connections to be good. I get the same results.
I would still like to get the link to download the latest software and firmware please.
