Beam Polarization and phase shift mirror

Is the beam produced by the RECI tubes linearly polarized? If so, I'd love to see some stock of 90° phase shift mirrors, also called 90°phase retarders to convert the linear polarization to circular polarization. By using one of these mirrors in the optic path you get a beam with circular polarization instead of linear polarization = more even cuts. If the beam remains linearly polarized you usually end up with a slightly wider cut in one direction than another.
