3 digit Mini LED 100A Current Meter

Hi, I've just purchased some 
. can you repost the link or attach the circuit diagram to this post.
Also, my application is to draw 3A of current from 12VDC source. I want to add this ammeter to monitor if the current is in a specific range, otherwise I'll burn the motors. What other items, in addition to the ammeter itself, I need. I am assuming that I sould also get a isolated dc-dc power module. Do I need a shunt? If yes then how can I attach it wilth the ammeter circuit.
