What part is this and how is it connected?

Received this along with my digital meter (I think they go together, came in same package) and I can not find any info on it. What is it and how is it connected? Thanks.

This is a 24V to 5V power module for getting the 5V the meter needs from the 24V DSP power supply. The pins are described on the products page
