I won't be able to test this till Saturday. I'll let you know as soon as I do. I can repeat the problem on my machine at will!

After upgrading the new firmware for LaserCAD 5.90 I no longer have this problem nor the array output problem!!! Yea!

New Issue - 1/4" Cut at start of every job
