Thank you Marco,

I have tested, and measured directly off AWC laser output connector, running a cut and engrave,
on full power, and both sit on 4.5 v DC. No change while running or stop.
I have also found no voltage output on laser1 or laser2 PWM output either.
I can fire the Testra HV tube power supply manually with another TTL, and a PWM tester on 50% ok, so Testra HV and tube working ok.

I have now also tried connecting outputs to another standard laser machine, running a Leetro controller,
and it does not fire up the HV / reci tube in this other machine either.
I was hoping to upgrade this Leetro machine to Lightobject soon as well ).

I'm at a loss as to what to do next.

I think the AWC is not working, and cannot find, or see any other options that might hinder TTL output switching on.

Regards
Tony

Check if 'Door' protection is enabled. If so, it will disable the output

None of those IO settings are enabled.
Water protect, Open protect, and Foot switch are all unticked.

Hello Marco, can I begin the process to get another replacement organised asap.

After I did unsuccessful test of the LO-X7 on my Leetro laser TTL and PWM.
I decided to blow dust out from the inside of the Leetro, and its not working anymore now.
Just a random noisy beep beep beep beep... :(

So, I have no laser at all, and am desperate to get this one going,
then afterwards I know it goes ok, I can buy another LO-X7 to replace the Leetro too!

Please advise process,
Thanks
Tony

Better not because we don know whether the problem is from the DSP card, or from something else. I think you better return the card and let us to run some tests on it

Leave a note with order info and tell a little about what is wrong with the controller, once we received it, we will run some tests on it.
Remember that if we found nothing wrong, then you need to pay for return shipping cost. If it is defective, we will ship you a new controller card. Sounds fair?

Hello Marco,
It was shipped to you and should arrive, or be there now.
Please advise what you find asap.

I should also buy another one from you urgently' at same time -
for my Leetro machine which I recently blew up by cleaning it,
and I am without an engraver laser at all now :(

You can email me privately at my email on your records.

thanks,
Tony

Hello Marco,

Please advise urgent if you have received my controller for checking the ttl / pwm output.
It has been some time, you should have there, and returned back to me by now surely, but I have heard nothing.

Thank you, Tony
