Hope I am not butting in here

But I had a similar issue a while back drove me mad looking for bad connections etc.
Mine turned out to be the lens moving in its holder...a quick refit solved it !

Sorry for your trouble. Have you tried to run the file again right over the top of the first one to see if the wavy lines are the same or does it follow the same path as the one before. Is it repeatable?

proper grounding is a common issue with laser too. (but I think not in this case)

How did you get on?
