do you have limit switch diagram now i when i push switch led go on is that correct?? when i drive home motor not stop? what my connet wrong?

Now all working allmoust right ;) only arrow direction is wrong but if i change direction my reset direction change same is that bossible change some another way?

Yeppii now limits working next laser :)

Couple pictures of my conversion... do i have to use that big resistor look picture 1567 right side??? now it's not use but it's working

That was part of your original power for the laser tube. Don't need it with standard laser power supplies (like the ones from LightObject and other sources). Take it out and forget it.

Hmm is possible to use phcad without machine?? It's say Connect machine "OK" and "CANCEL"

Means you are too close to the edge of your useable work area for the speed you are wanting to engrave. To engrave, it takes extra space before and after the x sweep to get up to speed. Move your origin so you have more room to left and right of engraved area.

Also, you can increase your acceleration speed. The faster the acceleration, the less room necessary to get up to speed. Acceleration speed should be in the 8000 mm/s/s range. If you are already there, move your origin so there is room to left and right of engraved area.

Today i do 30 pcs customer job and earn little cash back

First cut wood router basic instrument base and next burn laser detail. meter use in sauna ;)

I'm so glad to see that the DSP is working. Great job!

May I ask you a favor. Since so many folks bought this D40 machine and having trouble with it's own software. Many of those folks want to upgrade by installing my DSP. Would you you post the parameters setting here like the pulse, steps, bed size... I'm sure the motor is identical as this D40 was made by ShenHui in China. As matter of fact, I'm testing a card with the D40 X,Y motor rack.

One more thing, please post the wire diagram to the TB6560 driver and the Limit switch as well
