Reci is asking for it and you better response quick. Otherwise, your case will be dismissed and you will not get the replacement

The DHL has been trying to contact you for custom clearance and delivery but the phone number you left was not correct. Please contact DHL asap or the tube will be returned to China and may charge us shipping cost.

I am in contact with DHL and have payed the duties.
They should deliver any time.
