Hi Marco,
I wired the chiller to the laser power supply and all works fine now. Were you going to refund the water flow sensor I bought yesterday since I no longer need it?

So is it a secret which wire goes to which pin? From the chiller to the laser power supply.
I have been battleing this same issue today.
Is there a good diagram that shows the wiring from the DSP to the laser PSU?
When I follow the diagram that was sent to me and plug it into the laser PSU the laser ready light goes out and the laser will not fire from the DSP or the test button on the PSU.
If I unplug the DSP from the PSU then the laser ready light comes on and will test fire from the PSU.
I have tried jumping from the WP to GND on the PSU and that did not work.
The two check boxes in lasercad marked water protect and open protect are not checked.

It is pretty simple to connect the DSP card to the PSU. PWM -> IN(PSU), Gnd -> Gnd(PSU), TTL -> TL(PSU)
Look at the AWC608 Interface.pdf file I sent you and it show how the connection is made
It is very straight forward.

Here are some pictures and problems that I have.
Picture number and description of what happens.
1. Laser PSU without plug from DSP to Laser PSU. I get two red lights (Laser and WP) and laser PSU test button will fire laser
2. with dsp cable plugged in
3. with dsp cable plugged in laser light goes out and WP light goes green and does not test fire from power supply or DSP
4. DSP wiring
I have tested both ends with meter and the wires are connected good.

Shoot me screen capture of Laser cad setup. Did you setup power for the drawing?
If it still not work, try Laser2 output

Here is my setup picture. I tried connecting to laser2 and the exact same thing happens.

What abou the power level setup on the work file? Set the power level to 50% and give it a try. Remember that you need to set the output power from the layer setup beside the System max_power setup
You may test the PSU by applyunh +5V to the "In" and ground the "WP". Once you bridge the "TH" to the ground "Gnd" That wat you tell if the PSU is working or not through this preliminary test
If you havea DVM, you can check the output from the PWM see if any voltage appeared on the terminal. When you set 50%, the output should be 2.4v or around. When you set power to 10p%, the voltage should be 4.8~4.9v
Let me know

OK. Great news. I don't understand why but here is what I tried this morning.
I started the machine the way I left it last night. Plugged into port Laser 2. NOTHING HAPPENED and no red lights on laser PSU.
I tried a file like you suggested and the laser fired. I look at the lights and now I have two red lights.
I tried laser test fire from DSP and the laser fired.
So I guess that downloading a file to DSP made it setup correctly?
Now when I get home I can continue with setting up and BURNING SOMETHING UP. LOL
Thanks for the help.
