If you're in USA, we can ship USPS Priority mail 2~3 days. But if you're outside of USA, the USPS Priority Mail is $26 (samll flat box) 6~9 days or Express Mail $45 (4~5 days)

Marco, it's the 23rd, 9 days have passed since the package left Los Angeles and no update on the USPS website. They were shipped on the 10th and today itsì 9 working days. I wouldn't really worry if the website had updates after leaving los angeles, but that's not the case.
can you please check with the postal office and see what's up?

We need those parts urgently. I need to get some Work stuff before the end of next week and I need time to set the maching up again

Hello Fulvio:

It is very troublesome to send things to Italy. The Italian post office, as you may know are very busy and very low efficiency. We even stop sending shipment to Italy on eBay as there were so many times package got lost or damage. Some package may even came after 30 days!
In the mean time, we can't do anything as the package should be in Italy for routing

Usually we asked a customer to go for Express Mail as it reach there quick. But the shipping cost is way too expensive to ship.

Oh, I thought the 26 usd shipping method had tracking...
I get stuff shipped from the US all the time I guess I'll just wait. I'll try to call the post office tomorrow to see if the package got in bound yet.

The tracking availble for the full USPS Priority Mail package but not on the flat rate box. USPS is not doing very good on tracking issue. As matter of fact, the call it "Delivery confirmation" on some Priority Mail instead of "tracking" like the Expres Mail. If it got lost, I'll send you another set
