I purchased the DSP upgrade kit for the K40 series engraver and never received the LaserCad link or DVD. I am completing the upgrade tonight and will need the link on Tuesday, 07/23/2013.
My invoice number is 1053xxx dated Apr-29-2013.
Please forward the link ASAP.
