I want you to understand that I DID send you many times. Right, it is not make of gold or diamond and I sent it to my customer all the time. It is NOT me not sending you the manual, it is email server issue. Why blame on me!

Finally!!!

Marco, you seriously have to rethink your approach to this whole thing.

In this day and age it shouldn't be this difficult to send me a manual for your product.

Very unhappy!!

You still don't get it. It is email server issue from Godaddy, the web hosting company.

I sent software and manual once we received request. You keep blaming on me not sending you but there was nothing to do with my services. If I I did it late or not responding, you can blame on me and beat me. But if the problem is coming from the 3rd party, it is really out of my control. I've been very patience to assist you and trying to find the problem, and I don't desire a blame.

Funny how it worked when you sent it to me directly.

Change your 3rd party if you don't deserve the blame.

Just send it to me directly like you said you would. What's so special about this manual?

Is it made of gold or something??

This is leaving a very bad impression!!!!

If you read the whole thread, you'll see that I did that and it didn't work. I still haven't received any emails through the forum since yesterday.

Only when Marco sends it to me directly i.e. from his sales@lightobject.com account, I get the information.

Additionally, he had to manually activate my account when I registered, because I never received the activation email.

I'm happy for you and your friends who had no problems, but try to understand how frustrating my situation was.

I was stuck with a problem setting up my laser machine and needed the manual. This dilly dallying around and deflecting the blame was a major frustration and for what?? A 3mb pdf file???

...and then I'm told that I don't "get it" ?!?!?!? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

I pay hard earned money for the products I buy and don't expect to be treated this way when he has technical difficulties, especially when just sending it to me from a regular email address fixes the problem.

Besides, why does the manual need to be emailed like this? Why can't it be pinned to the forum and people can download it as they wish?

The next problem's going to be the updates, because I don't get the forum emails and therefore will have to go through this whole thing again.

It shouldn't be this difficult to get a manual for a product I've purchased. I work in the automation industry and know very well how important it is to provide customers with the informaiton they need and if I did something like this on a forum, I'd fired and be told to pack my stuff already.

Why should I be affected by the 3rd party's technical problems. Just give me what I need and let me go on my way and then figure out the issues with the 3rd party in your own time. Leave me out of it.
