Flow Meter

Hi, I'm just putting an order together for a few bits and I thought I might add a flow meter to the laser whilst I'm doing it as sometimes I forget to double check its still happily pumping as the new pumps so quiet. Just wondered which sensor to go for. Is the only difference the input/output diameters?

I'm ordering 'water pressure' sensor and I think it is another good device for water monitoring.
I will bring some 'home' when I came back from China. I'll be back on 29th.

I'll take some picture later as I'm quite busy here in China. Found a lot of goodies!!

Easy to hook up and works great! Cheaper than the 1/4" pass-through water flow On/Off switch but triggered by water pressure.

Hey just got round to wiring this in, but I've come across a problem, whenever its enabled, it constantly says water protect, regardless of the wiring.
Just wondered how you go about adjusting it to work, etc.

A D/P meter would be a much better choice, if you can find a cheap one. You connect it to a T on each side of the pump, and it measures the differential pressure (=pump head) across the pump.

Sorry I over-sight your post. You need to ground "WP" on Laser2 output because the DSP doesn't know whether the sensor was installed on Laser1 or Laser2. Remember that there are two Laser output port on the DSP.
