To attache a file just use the browse button just under the "message body" screen where you compose your text. You will see "Filename" on the left.
Make the file 500Kb or less and a Jpeg. It would be nice to see what you have because I just can't see in my minds eye what you are trying to do. I am a bit thick sometimes.
