Re: cutting uphill?
It looks like that your XY stage is not aligned well.
Use a ruler or any measurement tool to check it

Re: cutting uphill?
I just think its strange that it only does it at the top. I will check alignment. Also if it goes past half way on the y axis it doesnt return to its original position.

Re: cutting uphill?
Just curious where is the home location; Top Left or Top Right?
If you ask me to guess, I think it is on Top Right, am I right?

Re: cutting uphill?
Its actually top left. The strange thing is it only does it on the one side. I will finally get a chance to look at this sunday. So I will realign everything. Let me know if you have any more suggestions. I was thinking maybe bad belts too.

Re: cutting uphill?
Check the axial coupling see if it got lose. It seems that the two "Y" axial are not in syn. One side seems running more steps than the other side
Also, check the Y pulley see if any damage

Re: cutting uphill?
I found a place it was binding and slowing things down. Just need to get things recalibrated and I will know if your suggestions worked. Thanks for your help
