We are looking to use this to view voltage and current.
Are there functions (buttons to select) to do this?
Or does this only measure both and display the wattage?

if this doesn't function like this, is there a suggested unit that may provide voltage reading and current in one assembly?

If you need to read Volt, Current, Power, for AC, then there is only one model good for that.
