My machine has been working fine with the physical work area ..Until I swapped to the new T9 DSP , now the DSP thinks the work area is in a different spot on my machine, its trying to home to a position outside of the rails ..
my work area is 1200x900 , but the DSP is off centering what it "thinks" is the work area, so for example ,the bottom left corner (according to the DSP) would be in the center of my actual cutting area.. my limit switches are working ..but the 'brain' seems to be off kilter

Re: Controller not in sinc with physical workspace
You will need to make sure it homes correctly. First check the limit switch is working correctly.
