Will Laser Cut work with the DSP T9?

Hi, Just finally (5 years later) installed the DSP T9 mainly because if it aint broke dont fix it. Anyway got it in but this Lasersoft app dosent appear to be very effective which is super odd. I want to load and cut .ai files even though it says it will take (CS5, CS6, and 2014) I have had no luck in loading any .ai file. I made a big leap in the upgrade but I have essentially lost all practical functionallity at this point. It will take a save as .SVG but it comes in a mess. Other similar threads appear older and unresolved so far in my searching. Hoping I might be able to roll back to my 20 year old copy of Lasercut to get going again.

No, the LaserCut is not the software designed for the T9. You need to use the LaserSoft instead.
It is better to work with .DXF ver.2004-2008. It supports some .SVG and Ai v.8.0. Plus, plt is always welcome
