Hi thanks for reply, Just got all new pulleys and belt today, could only get gt2 9mm black, pulley is 48 tooth, got 2 new couplers as the old ones had lots of flex in them they where spiral cuts in middle,

So hopefully will solve the problem, will let you know today as I put it all back, Thanks again for help kev

hi guys update, put all gt2 belts with 48 tooth pulleys no reduction, and all good, still got little tuning I think,

So you have changed all tu belts and pulleys with gt2 and the circle cutting problems solved? asking because I have problems cutting circles or curved shapes, they are not smooth
