Hi all
I have a laser that I'm trying to attach to an lo-x7 controller. The laser has a shutter that is opened by a solenoid.
I was wondering if there is any way for the lo-x7 to send a signal to open the shutter when it is about to start sending laser signals.
Thanks
Alex

Re: lo-x7 shutter control
You can use I/O port to do the job. One of I/O will send a signal when gantry departed from the Origin location. Another I/O will output once laser is firing but it is in high frequency and may not working properly by this I/O. So, you may consider the first option. I have listed the I/O pin# and operating mode somewhere in the forum and you may search for it
