I posted an update patch a week ago for the Ruida R6445G. With that patch, it supposed to enable a rotary attachment dedicated to the U axis (4th axis). However, we found that there was a bug and after the update, the controller was still pointed to the rotary to the Y-axis. It looks urgent so I called the lead engineer in Ruida to request a quick fix. The lead enginner immediately coordianted with his programming team and came up a new update last night. I have posted the new update patch in the download zone. Let me know if there is still any issue!
