Can I apply 12 volts to power my LEDs?

My LEDs are 4 wired in series with forward voltage of 1.7/ea. So my LEDs need 6.8volts.

This driver says 750ma. My LEDs forward current is 100ma/ea and peak at 1.5a.

How many 4-LED strings can I run in parallel with this driver? What about with the 5 watt driver?

No, 8v is max.
