Before I plug in the wires, I would like to check this diagram with you:
(1) Is the PT100 "Red" wire (with marking "A") connected on terminal #6, or on terminal #8?
(2) Should I add 1uF capacitors between any of these terminals?
(3) May I use the Relay connection as shown: +12V through the Relay, into the Control side of an SSR (for AC) and also a coil relay, automotive type, for DC?
I am using an automotive coil-type relay to avoid the voltage drop and 10-20% power loss which would occur with a DC-DC SSR.
The Load is about 160 Watts on the AC side (120VAC @ 1.3A) and similar on the DC side (13.5 VDC @ 11A).
The application is ammonia-type refrigeration, which does not need rapid-cycling PID control. I will simply program to turn "on" at 39F, and "off" at 34F.

Assuming you have a DC version JLD7100 on hand. #8 is connected to the "RED" of a PT100, while #6 & #7 are connecting to two blue wires respectively.
I'm assuming the two color blocks represent a SSR and a relay. If so, the connection looks OK. May be you want to add a diode across the (+ -) pole from the coil type relay to prevent the back flow current from the coil.
