Controller giving erroneous probe readings

Howdy folks, I have a 612 to SSR to Pt100. It gives a constant PV value without response to ice water nor boiling. A second Pt100 yielded the same results. Is the controller bad? Or is there a programmable correction?

How you connect the PT100 probe? One Red, and two Blues ?
Also, did you configure the JLD612 for PT10.0 or PT100?

I have the red on 8 and the two blues on 9 and 10. I believe I am configured for the Pt100.

OK. I was not configured for the Pt100. It is working fine now.
