Anyone know a source for honeycomb core material?
I need a pc about 2'x4'

McMaster-Carr - search for honeycomb. Have 3 sizes of cell - I used the 1" (biggest) but material is so light it needs good support underneath to prevent sag. It works great. I would probably buy a smaller cell size next time for the extra stiffness.
