Weak pulse?

6090 Chinese machine - 80 w SPT tube, LightObject pwer supply - both new.
Replaced power supply - replaced tube. Aligned/cleaned mirrors. At each test of mirror - seem to be a normal "punch" (pic attached) Tried a test pattern and nothing. Tried a test pulse on the twill material and made a small hole (as it should). BUT my amp reader read "EFE" (pic attached) Tried different test with different settings - still nothing. Reviewed all wiring - ok. Tested all door switches OK - Water switch - ok. Used a multi-amp tester to test amperage while running test pattern and power showing 5.1 to 9.1 which is about normal for output in past patterns for the jobs I do. So I pumped up power to 60%(normally 25%) and downed speed to 20 (normally 100) it made a mark but not cut through this .5mm material - but way to high for settings. Is the tube bad?- brand new SPT 80 watt replacement.
Is there something I am missing, software setup?? - I replaced the old power supply which came with the machine with a new LO Smartbean 80W PWM CO2 Laser Power Supply.
